Sizing

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and select styles in 3XL. Please refer to our Size Chart to find your perfect fit before placing an order.

How do I know which size to pick?
We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them with our Size Chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?
Our ethnic wear is crafted from a range of premium fabrics including cotton, rayon, georgette, silk, and more. The fabric details for each product are mentioned on the product page.

How should I care for my ethnic wear?
To keep your garments looking their best:

Cotton & Rayon: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring. Dry in shade.
Georgette & Silk: Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water and gentle detergent. Avoid direct sunlight.
General tip: Do not soak for long periods. Iron on low heat with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of order placement.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange an exchange.

How do I request an exchange for a damaged/defective item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged/defective product. Reach us at info@lablenoorika.com or DM us on Instagram @noorika.in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
